Driscoll Motors Finance & Insurance Manager  – Automotive

Hours

Monday-Friday 8am-6pm

Saturday 9am-4pm

One day off during the week with one Saturday off per month

One-week paid vacation first year

Primary Responsibilities-

1. Work with local and national banks to establish beneficial relationships in order to acquire financing for customers purchasing vehicles
2. Submit customer credit applications and deal structures to financing institutions
3. Ensure accuracy of all necessary paperwork for lenders and customers
4. Be familiar with state and federal laws in regards to finance and customer privacy
5. Track and finalize all finance deals to ensure funding is complete
6. Ensure customers have all required documentation.
7. Issue or transfer plates with the state of Illinois
8. Complete tax paperwork required with the state of Illinois
9. Offer extended service contracts and other coverage options to customers.
10. Figure customer aftermarket product refunds due, and give to office for finalization.

Secondary Responsibilities-

1. Offer training and assistance to the sales staff
2. Assist with sales duties such as cleaning snow or moving vehicles
3. Be able to work a deal with a salesperson in the event the sales manager is not available or off for the day

Preferred but not required –

Familiar with VinSolutions, Vauto, RouteOne, CVS, Reynolds, Google Sheets, Excel, and MS Word.

Looking for someone with a positive go to attitude that shows genuine compassion and care toward our customers. We are a small-town store with hometown values looking to grow our customer base.

Compensation is experience based and works mostly on a commission basis with a weekly salary. Estimated income $80,000-120,000 annually. Paid on both back end and front end gross.
